The youngsters were the opening event of a night that featured steer wrestling, saddle bronc riding, team roping, tie-down roping, barrel racing and bull riding.

The action and old-fashioned Americana entertainment continues with day two of the rodeo tonight, with gates opening at 6 and a full slate of action starting at 7 p.m.
