Jessica Wagner, 35, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested in the 4000 block of Cavanaugh Bay Road in Coolin at 9:47 p.m. on charges of battery on a peace officer and disturbing the peace.

Daniel Wright, 59, was arrested in the Sandpoint area on Highway 95 at 9:40 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence and open container of alcohol.

A missing person was reported in the Caribou Creek Road area at 1:01 a.m.

An information case was opened in the 10000 block of Highway 2 near Priest River at 4:12 a.m.

July 25

A case was assigned to cover an active drug investigation in the city at 8:15 a.m.

An officer was canceled on scene in the 4200 block of Samuelson Avenue regarding a neighbor dispute at 8:43 a.m.

After a welfare check request at 9:48 a.m., an officer checked on a female in the 900 block of Hickory Street; she was OK.

An accidental 911 activation was reported on Cedar Street at 10:30 a.m. while trying to get an outside line.

Report of an unfounded alarm in the 1500 block of Highway 2 at 10:35 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call reported in the Larch Street area at 3:04 p.m.

An officer answered a citizens questions in the 700 block of Division Avenue about the city’s noise ordinance at 3:47 p.m.

An officer stood by in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 3:51 p.m. while property was exchanged.

A hit-and-run occurred in a parking lot in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 3:48 p.m.

A wallet found in the Michigan Street area was returned to its owner at 3:59 p.m.

After a welfare check request at 4:59 p.m., an officer checked on two juveniles in the 1100 block of Division Avenue; their mother was issued a verbal warning to keep a better eye on them

An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 1100 block regarding a civil situation on Chestnut Street at 5:28 p.m.

An officer contacted a male yelling inside his residence in the 200 block of Halley Street at 7:34 p.m.; he was advised to quiet down.

A female flagging down drivers was no longer in the area of the 2000 block of Boyer Avenue when the officer arrived at 7:56 p.m.

Officers were unable to locate any juveniles on motorcycles in the 1400 block of Cedar Street at 8:11 p.m.

Christopher R. Gonnason, 50, of Sandpoint, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence (second offense) at City Beach at 9:03 p.m.
