King of the Kongcrete on tap

SANDPOINT — Calling all local skateboard shredders.

The City of Sandpoint presents the annual King of the Kongcrete Skate Competition on Saturday, Aug. 19 starting at noon at the Concrete Lake Skate Park, located at 2102 Pine St. in Sandpoint. Registration will be held at the park from 10:30–11:45 a.m.

The entry fee is $15, and helmets are required for all competitors, while knee, elbow and wrist pads are highly recommended.
