An officer was unable to locate a reckless driver reported to be heading into the city from the 474000 block of Highway 95 at 5:44 a.m.
Threatening Facebook messages were reported in the 1200 block of Main Street at 6:04 a.m.
Graffiti was reported in the 300 block of S. Division Avenue at 6:46 p.m.
A dog owner in the 1300 block of Kinnikinnik Avenue was issued a verbal warning after a dog she was caring for left the yard and bit another dog at 7:43 a.m.
A black cruiser bicycle was reported taken from the 200 block of Main Street at 8:50 a.m.
A vehicle theft was reported on Samuelson Avenue at 9:40 a.m.
A case was assigned to cover a report of a stolen vehicle recovered in the area of N. Main and E. Second Avenue in Kootenai at 10:27 a.m.
An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the N. Second Avenue area at 10:50 a.m.

An officer contacted a citizen in the 1600 block of Cedar Street at 2:49 p.m. at the request of another agency.
An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 1100 block of Church Street after a report of suspicious circumstances at 4:02 p.m.
Officers contacted a male and female possibly involved in a domestic in the 200 block of Main Street at 4:39 p.m.; both denied anything physical had occurred.
A found iPhone on Bridge Street was returned to its owner at 5:22 p.m.
A citizen in the 1300 block of Highway 2 was referred to a locksmith at 6:03 p.m.
A male was contacted by an officer via landline at 6:07 p.m. and warned not to drive as he was suspended. He would not tell the officer where he was, as he has an outstanding warrant from another state.
An officer was unable to complete a civil standby requested in the 1100 block of N. Division Avenue at 8:27 p.m.; no one was home.
A reported gunshot in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Larch Street at 10:40 p.m. turned out to be fireworks.
