Why would anyone travel all the way up here from Boise to advise us how refugee resettlement works in Idaho, and then tell us there are no plans to bring refugees here?

Why are there so many low-income family units being built over by Super 1? Are there really that many qualified poor people in Sandpoint? Why is it I smell something fishy?
