Ryan Andrew Apling, 32, of Newport, Wash., was arrested at 3:23 p.m. on E. Third Street S. in Oldtown on an outstanding felony warrant by Pend Oreille County Sheriff’s Office after fleeing from Idaho.

A marine deputy responded to a call near Paul Jones Beach Road in Coolin at 3:55 p.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement in the area of Highway 95 and Sagle Road at 7:14 p.m.

Christian Scott was arrested in the 480000 block of Highway 95 at 7:19 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence after allegedly fleeing from an accident scene.

A reckless driver was reported on Highway 95 near Elmira Road at 7:32 p.m.

Drugs were reported in the area of Highway 2 and Roosevelt Avenue at 8:36 p.m.

Aug. 9

Officers contacted a male who was reported to be living under a semi trailer in the 900 block of Fifth Avenue at 7:17 a.m.

A wallet was reported found in the 1100 block of Michigan Street at 7:23 a.m.

Officers contacted a male in the roadway on Highway 2 at 9:06 a.m.; he was advised to stay out of the lane of traffic.

An officer was unable to locate dogs reported to be running at large in the area of Ruth Avenue and ChurchStreet at 10:32 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement in the area of Fifth and Poplar at 9:57 a.m.

Officers assisted a citizen on Bridge Street at 11:53 a.m. who had locked her keys and child inside her vehicle.

A dog owner in the 600 block of W. Superior was issued a verbal warning at 12:21 p.m. for dog at large.

Cody J. Harrison, 39, of Kootenai, was cited in the area of Third and Pine at 12:55 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

An accidental 911 call was reported on N. Boyer Road at 2:19 p.m.

An officer was unable to contact the owner of a vehicle, who left a bench seat in the city parking lot at Third and Church outside of the van, at 2:25 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Washington Avenue at 2:14 p.m.

An officer explained the city noise ordinance to a resident in the area of Geri Court and Northshore Drive at 5:43 p.m.

An officer was canceled while en route to assist the county on a call in the area of Highway 95 and Selle Road at 7:19 p.m.

An intoxicated male was given a courtesy transport home from the Festival after ddisorderly conduct was reported on Ontario Street at 8:46 p.m.

An officer located a reportedly reckless driver in the Highway 95 area at 10:36 p.m.; he was not impaired and no violations were observed within the city.

An officer contacted a male and female involved in a verbal domestic in the 500 block of S. Ella Avenue at 11:24 p.m.

After a report of trespassing in the 1500 block of Pine Street at 12:01 a.m., an officer advised he had no restrictions to prevent him from doing so.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 1100 block of Fontaine Drive at 2:41 p.m.

A male juvenile was arrested on an outstanding Bonner County warrant in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 4:02 p.m.

An officer investigated a two-vehicle collision in the 475900 block of Highway 95 at 6:30 p.m.

An officer assisted Bonner County deputies during the investigation of a hit-and-run collision at 7:19 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 477100 block of Highway 95 at 7:34 p.m.

An officer responded to a parking problem in the 400 block of Cedar Avenue at 7:50 p.m.

Officers responded for an attempt to locate a subject on E. Third Street S. in Oldtown at 3:23 p.m.

An officer assisted Bonner County sheriff’s deputies in the area of Langille Canyon and LeClerc roads in Oldtown at 9:36 p.m.

Possible stalking was reported on Highway 2 at 11:50 p.m.
