Newport’s Glenn Woiler, also known as “Glenn the bread guy” at the Sandpoint Farmer’s Market, strolls on his One Wheel hoverboard Friday afternoon at City Beach. He said the hardest part is getting off, and that if you don’t do it right you will fall. He was asked how fast the $1,500 mechanical board will go, and he answered fast enough to leave some road rash. “They’ll go 20 miles per hour, but I’ve only gone 12.
