(Photo by MARY MALONE) Northwest Auto Body and Towing presented the Bonner Community Food Bank with a check for $1,150 Thursday as part of their November campaign during which, for every car that comes into the shop after hitting a deer, a $50 donation is made to the food bank. This year, 23 cars were brought in after animal hits — coincidentally the same amount as last year — for the total of $1,150.
