An officer checked on an employee in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 5:17 a.m. after a report of suspicious circumstances; he was fine.

An officer was unable to locate juveniles reported to be smoking behind a building in the 1300 block of Highway 2 at 7:38 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Highway 2 at 8:20 a.m.

A minor vehicle-versus-building collision was reported on Sixth Avenue at 9:10 a.m.; an officer advised it was non-reportable.

An officer was unable to locate two dogs reported to be running at large in the 2000 block of Pine Street at 9:11 a.m.

A garage door was found open in the 400 block of N. Ella Avenue at 9:52 a.m.

An officer spoke to a female in the 600 block of S. Division Avenue at 10:24 a.m.; she was not suicidal.

William A. Mart, 30, of Priest River, was cited on a misdemeanor no insurance charge in the area of Cedar and N. Boyer at 8:13 p.m.

A resident found two packages in the roadway and requested an officer to go with while he returned them to a residence in the 1300 block of Cedar Street at 8:09 p.m.

An adult male was trespassed from a business in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 9:33 p.m.

Thomas A. Davis, 28, of Spokane, was arrested in the area of Fourth and Cedar at 11:49 p.m. on a misdemeanor warrant out of Shoshone County and was cited on a charge of driving without privileges.

Nathan S. Turner, 38, of Oregon was cited in the area of Second and Church at 11:50 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
