(Photo courtesy DICK VAIL) Dick Vail, left, and Dr. Bob Rust, right, donned some gay apparel when the Kiwanis Club helped in ringing the jingle bells for the Salvation Army last Saturday. “They drew a great deal of attention,” Vail said in submitting the photo. “Some said, ‘Really’ and mentioned that ‘anyone that would wear those hats deserved to be rewarded.’ It was a lot fun.”
