The Pend Oreille Arts Council hosts three floors of artwork at the Sandpoint Center (aka Columbia Bank building) on Friday, Dec. 15 with an artists’ reception from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Miniature art, abstract art and fiber art will be on display and everyone is invited to join the POAC board for a glass of wine.
