Dec. 7

An officer was unable to locate the occupants of a vehicle possibly involved in a domestic reported in the Fifth Avenue area at 8:26 a.m.

John W Grimes, 35, of Sandpoint, was arrested on a felony warrant from California in the area of N. Fourth Avenue and Pine Street at 8:42 a.m.; he was also charged with resist/obstruct for fleeing from the officer.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Cedar Street at 9:19 a.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Pine Street at 9:34 a.m.

Clothing items were taken from a residence in the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue at 9:50 a.m.

A wallet was taken from the 200 block of Pine Street at 9:01 a.m.

A minor fender bender occurred in a parking lot in the 400 block of S. Division Avenue at 12:06 p.m.

Vandalism was reported on E. Superior Street at 1:51 p.m.

Accidental 911activation was reported in the area of Fifth Avenue and Cedar Street at 2:21 p.m.

An officer assisted another agency on Eighth Street in Priest River at 2:23 p.m.

Medication and CDs were reported taken from a vehicle in the 300 block of S. Florence Avenue at 2:36 p.m.

An officer was unable to complete a welfare check in the 400 block of Lavina Avenue at 3:30 p.m.; no one was home.

A resident in the 600 block of S. Division Avenue wanted to talk to an officer at 1:55 p.m.

Officers responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 1100 block of Highway 2 at 3:38 p.m.

An officer facilitated the exchange of information at a minor-damage collision in the 1100 block of Highway 2 at 4:05 p.m.

Brenda L. Madigan, 67, of Clark Fork, was arrested on a Bonner County warrant in the 600 block of Larch Street at 5:53 p.m. and was cited on a charge of petit theft; and Bridget L. Burford, 27, also of Clark Fork, was arrested on the same

charge.

An incident that occurred in the 100 block of S. Division Avenue was documented at 7:45 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate two suspicious males in the 700 block of W. Superior Street at 8:06 p.m.

Jimmy J. Pesce, 40, of Sandpoint, was cited in the 400 block of Forest Avenue at 11:07 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

Officers were unable to locate anyone in the 900 block of Fifth Avenue after a report of a possible prowler at 11:49 p.m.
