MINUTES FOR THE BONNER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS' MEETING October 17, 2017 AIRPORTS Approved the Sandpoint Airport Perimeter Fence Project - JUB Engineering Supplemental Agreement No. 7A in the amount of $3,459.00 for additional property boundary research and staking. ROAD AND BRIDGE Approved the Notice of Advertisements for Rock Crushing in Districts 1 & 2. I also move to authorize the Board Chairman to sign this administratively. MISCELLANEOUS Approved the letter to the Idaho Department of Lands State Board of Land Commissioners informing them that the BOCC has no objections to the upcoming 2018 auction of endowment land at Priest Lake. RISK MANAGEMENT/ HUMAN RESOURCES Approved the modified countywide personnel policy manual which replaces and Supersedes the preexisting EMS Personnel Policy which is void and of no effect, effective October 17, 2017.
