MINUTES FOR THE BONNER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS' MEETING October 17, 2017 AIRPORTS Approved the Sandpoint Airport Perimeter Fence Project - JUB Engineering Supplemental Agreement No. 7A in the amount of $3,459.00 for additional property boundary research and staking. ROAD AND BRIDGE Approved the Notice of Advertisements for Rock Crushing in Districts 1 & 2. I also move to authorize the Board Chairman to sign this administratively. MISCELLANEOUS Approved the letter to the Idaho Department of Lands State Board of Land Commissioners informing them that the BOCC has no objections to the upcoming 2018 auction of endowment land at Priest Lake. RISK MANAGEMENT/ HUMAN RESOURCES Approved the modified countywide personnel policy manual which replaces and Supersedes the preexisting EMS Personnel Policy which is void and of no effect, effective October 17, 2017. CITY OF EAST HOPE, IDAHO SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE # 280 CONSTRUCTION CODE ORDINANCE AMENDMENT AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAST HOPE, IDAHO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, AMENDING THE CITY'S CONSTRUCTION CODE ORDINANCE TO: ADOPT THE LATEST BUILDING CODES AUTHORIZED BY THE STATE OF IDAHO THROUGH ITS RULEMAKING AUTHORITY; PROVIDE A CRITERIA TABLE FOR CONSTRUCTION DESIGN; LIST EXEMPTIONS PROVIDED IN ADOPTED CODES; CLARIFY PENALTIES AUTHORIZED BY THE IDAHO BUILDING CODE ACT; PROVIDE FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 1, 2018. SUMMARY: The City of East Hope, Idaho hereby gives notice of the adoption of the Amendment to its Construction Code Ordinance of the City of East Hope, Ordinance No. 280, amending Ordinance No. 253 to: update to the latest construction codes adopted and amended by the Idaho building code board through its negotiated rulemaking process; include a table reflecting local design criteria; list activities exempt from permit requirements; provide misdemeanor penalties allowed by Idaho Building Code Act not to exceed $300 or imprisonment not to exceed 90 days or both such fine and imprisonment.
