Approved Resolution 17-98 declaring the listed vehicle as surplus to be sold at a county auction at a later date. Approved the business associate agreement with Paynewest on behalf of Bonner County. This agreement enables Paynewest to serve as the agent to create, receive, maintain and transmit all electronic health protected information and allows transfer of PHI/transfer rights. The effective date will be October 31, 2017. EMS Approved the request to hire H2A Architects of Coeur d'Alene to plan, design and consult for the design phase of the EMS Ponderay station. RECREATION Approved Resolution #17-104 Transfer of Surplus Vehicle to Road & Bridge. This resolution transfers one (1) 1998 Chevrolet Pickup VIN: 1GBJK34R3WF012128 from Waterways to Road & Bridge. ROAD AND BRIDGE Approved this Notice of Advertisements for bids for construction of the Big Creek Bridge Project, and to allow the chairman to sign this administratively. There were brief discussion amongst the audience, Matt Mulder and Commissioners regarding this project. SHERIFF Commissioner McDonald moved to approve the purchase of a 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe bearing VIN # 1GNSKDEC2HR325311 for a total price of $37,213.43 from Kendall Superstore. This purchase will be paid from 03472-9390 Sheriff (Capital-Vehicles) budget line. PLANNING Commissioner Connolly moved to approve to waive 100% of the Flood Development Permit fees for City of Sandpoint Public Works Department for a total of $200.00.
