Winter can't put chill on fun as options abound

| February 9, 2017 12:00 AM

SANDPOINT — The weather can’t hold us back this week — just too many things to check out! Gallery openings, live music and so many movies to see.

Big doings at the Panida all weekend and into next week, what with the stellar Sadie Sicilia in the Spotlight concert on Friday night — highly recommended, by the way! — and two, count ’em two, Oscar-nominated films on the big screen. Friday night brings the monthly Contra Dance at Community Hall and Saturday boasts another installment of The Native American Heritage Film Series at The Library. In betwixt all that action, there’s live music all over town, staring tonight.
