Jeremiah Saenz of Newport, was arrested on Old Priest River Road at 11:21 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence and possession of

methamphetamine. Elizabeth Ford-Campbell, of Cusik, was arrested for possession

of methamphetamine; and Celia Nomee of Spokane was arrested at the same time and location on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

Report of a drunken driver on Larch Lane in Oldtown at 11:21 p.m.

Feb. 6

A 911 hang-up was reported on Ella Avenue at 5:15 a.m.

Snow from a snowblower hit the window in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue setting off the alarm at 5:24 a.m.; the window was not damaged.

A vehicle backed into a city snowplow on Cattail Court at 7:56 a.m.; county deputies handled the investigation.

Officers contacted vehicle owners in the Forsythia Avenue area at 8:36 a.m. and had them move their vehicles so the city could plow. One vehicle was tagged for 48-hour removal.

After a 911 hang-up at 5:15 a.m., an officer checked on a female in the 600 block of Ella Avenue. She was fine.

A follow-up report was taken on Third Avenue at 9:52 a.m.

A license plate was reported removed from a vehicle in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue at 10:19 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation at 11:38 a.m. was traced to Schweitzer Mountain.

A resident in the 300 block of Maddie Lane was advised to quit throwing his snow out onto the roadway in violation of city code at 12:03 p.m.

An officer advised an animal problem reported on Ridley Village Road at 12:41 p.m. was unfounded and part of an ongoing neighbor dispute.

An accidental Life Alert activation was reported on Fifth Avenue at 1:15 p.m.; the patient was located in the county and was fine.

A walk-in collision form was filed in the 300 block of Sixth Avenue at 1:41 p.m.

Possible identity theft was reported at the police department on W. Lake Street at 1:56 p.m.

A male juvenile agreed to go to the Crisis Center with family members for treatment after a report of suicide threats on N. Boyer Avenue at 2:12 p.m.

A vehicle taken from the 100 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 2:12 p.m. was later returned

A vehicle in the 400 block of Olive Avenue was tagged for 48-hour removal at 3:09 p.m.

A 14-year-old Sandpoint female turned herself in on a misdemeanor warrant at Juvenile Detention on Samuelson Avenue at 4:03 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on a parking problem on S. Boyer Avenue at 5:14 p.m.

An attempted check fraud was reported in the 200 block of Ella Avenue at 5:51 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Forsythia Avenue at 5:57 p.m.

Officers were able to contact one owner of vehicles left in a parking lot in the 500 block of Cedar Street but were unsuccessful in contacting the other after a report of a parking problem at 6:13 p.m.

A two-vehicle, non-injury collision occurred in the 1400 block of Cedar Street at 6:23 p.m.

Unfounded report of suicidal comments in the 600 block of Division Avenue at 8:08 p.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions regarding a traffic stop on Highway 2 at 8:40 p.m.

An officer checked on a female in the 1100 block of Cedar Street after an accidental 911 activation at 8:54 p.m.; she was fine.

Officers attempted to locate a male in the 1000 block of Church Street for a welfare check at 10:34 p.m.; no one was home

Officers and EMS checked on a female in the 1200 block of Baldy Mountain Road after a report of suicide threats at 11 p.m.; she was transported for treatment.

An officer checked on an elderly female in the 1500 block of Mathison Drive after a welfare check request at 1:09 a.m.; she was fine.

An officer assisted Sandpoint Police with a commercial burglary alarm in the 600 block of N. Fifth Avenue at 5:24 a.m.

A theft was reported on McNearney Road at 6:49 a.m.

An officer answered questions for two concerned citizens on Bonner Mall Way at 10 a.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Bonner Mall Way at 11:20 a.m.
