Feb. 7

Property was reported destroyed in the 4000 block of N. Boyer Road at 7:04 a.m.; possible charges are pending.

Lukas L Carson, 27, of Sandpoint, was arrested on a probation violation in the 200 block of S. First Avenue at 7:05 a.m.

A vehicle in the 600 block of Larch Street was tagged at 9:04 a.m. for 48-hour removal at 9:04 a.m.

A wallet was found in the area of N. First Avenue and Cedar Street at 10:01 a.m. and later returned to the owner.

Officers attempted to do a welfare check on a female in the 100 block of Halley Street at 10:37 a.m. but found her deceased.

An officer was unable to locate a possible DUI driver in the 1300 block of W. Superior Street at 11:01 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Church Street at 11:50 a.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 1900 block of Pine Street at 12:50 p.m.

Numerous vehicles around Sandpoint were tagged for 48-hour removal in anticipation of snow removal at 2:30 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on S. Division Avenue at 2:49 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Pine Street at 3:21 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Baldy Mountain Road at 3:23 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on S. First Avenue at 4:06 p.m.

A reported vehicle theft in the 300 block of Iberian Way was determined to be a civil issue at 4:37 p.m.

A male was trespassed from a business in the 1300 block of W. Superior Street at 5:30 p.m.

An officer was unable to contact the owner of barking dogs in the 600 block of N. Florence Avenue after a complaint at 6:03 p.m.

A possible civil protection order violation was reported in the 300 block of Halley Street at 6:38 p.m.

A vehicle reported to be blocking the roadway in the 500 block of Lavina Avenue at 7:18 p.m. was gone when the officer arrived.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 400 block of Loman Circle at 6:57 p.m.

Steven R. Lee, 28, of Ponderay, was arrested in the 300 block of Olive Avenue at 9:05 p.m. on a charge of domestic battery at 9:05 p.m.
