Since taxpayers are being asked for more money on a supplemental levy, then items on said levy need to be “supplemental” to the school district’s budget, meaning over and above the budget.

I’m confused as the superintendent’s salary, plus a good chunk of the CFO’s salary, and snow plow money, to name just a few items, are going to be funded by the levy and will still be funded if the levy doesn’t pass.
