A dog owner in the 500 block of N. Florence Avenue was cited at 7:46 a.m. for allowing his dog to bark.
An officer pulled a vehicle out of the snow berm in the 800 block of Main Street at 9:14 a.m., and the driver continued on their way.
An officer stood by during a child exchange in the 600 block of Larch Street at 9:29 a.m.
Richard L Hutchins, 58, of Priest Lake, was cited at 9:47 a.m. in the 1300 block on a charge of failure to purchase a driver’s license.
Officers were unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call on Pine Street at 10:12 a.m.
An officer assisted CPS with a home visit in the 200 block on Forest Avenue at 10:33 a.m.
An officer mediated in a child custody dispute in the 1100 block of Maple Avenue at 10:29 a.m.
Officers contacted residents in the 1200 block of Cedar Street after a reported domestic dispute at 11:31 a.m.; a parent was yelling at a juvenile and nothing physical occurred.

Bradley W. Keegan, 50, of Sandpoint, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence (excessive) after getting stuck in a snow berm in a parking lot in the 700 block of Ontario Street at 7:35 p.m.
An officer was unable to contact a citizen in the 1500 block of Pine Street at 8:35 p.m. who wanted to report a theft.
Thomas M Castle, 61, of Olympia, Wash., was arrested in the area of Fourth and Cedar at 9:35 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
A crossing arm malfunction was reported in the area of Great Northern and Gooby roads at 6:30 p.m.
An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the N. Fourth Avenue area at 9:24 p.m.
