SANDPOINT — Two new Bonner County commissioners will be administered their oaths of office on Monday.

Commissioners-elect Jeff Connolly and Dan McDonald will be sworn into office during a 10 a.m. ceremony at the Bonner County Administration Building.

Other officials who stood for election during the 2016 cycle will also be sworn in. They include Bonner County Sheriff Daryl Wheeler and Prosecutor Louis Marshall, both of whom are incumbents.

Connolly and McDonald prevailed in the GOP primary for the district 2 and 3 seats on the board. Wheeler, meanwhile, prevailed in both the primary and the general.

Marshall was shooed into office after facing no challenges in either the primary or the general election.
