At crosswalks and intersections is a bicyclist a motorist with all the road responsibility of a motorist or is a bicyclist a pedestrian with all the privileges of a pedestrian?
Some want the privilege of the crosswalks and other the privilege of the road. Kind of confusing to the vehicle drivers. Is there a grey area here or are there cut-and-dried rules?
