Bryce K Krumenacker, 22, of Sandpoint, was arrested on a charge of possession of methamphetamine after his vehicle ran out of gas on N. Division Avenue at 4:10 p.m.
An officer responded for a follow-up report on Alder Street at 5:33 p.m.
After a parking complaint at 5:33 p.m., an officer checked the 800 block of Church Street; the road was narrow but no vehicles were parked in the roadway.
