Possible identity theft was reported at the police department on Lake Street at 9:41 a.m.
A two-vehicle, non-injury collision was reported on Cedar Street at 9:45 a.m.
A follow-up report was taken on Michigan Street at 9:56 a.m.
An unknown vehicle struck a parked vehicle in the 500 block of Fourth Avenue at 10:55 a.m., then left the scene.
Accidental 911 activation was reported on Division Avenue at 10:56 a.m.
An abandoned bicycle was reported in the 400 block of Cedar Street at 12:05 p.m.
Wade A. Doney, 60, of Ponderay, was cited on Boyer Avenue on a charge of driving without privileges at 1:05 p.m. after rear-ending another vehicle.
Possible fraud was reported in the 1400 block of Mathison Drive at 1:28 p.m.
An attempted fraud was reported at the police department on Lake Street at 4:03 p.m.
After a parking complaint at 4:36 p.m., officers advised there were no vehicles blocking the alley in the 400 block of Pine Street when they arrived.
