Bonner County Sheriff’s deputies shot while serving a warrant Monday morning are in satisfactory condition, according to officials.
The deputies were each shot several times, according to a Monday afternoon press conference. They were transported to Kootenai Health in Coeur d'Alene. The condition of the deputies has not been released at this time and their names have been withheld pending notification of family members.
The suspect, whose name is also being withheld, also was shot and transported to the hospital. His condition has not been released but he also is expected to survive.
The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office has been named the lead investigating agency in the shooting.
