A slide-off accident was reported on Sunnyside Road at 3:04 p.m.
Report of a unknown-injury accident in the 200 block of Talache Road in Sagle at 3:42 p.m.
ITD responded to a reported traffic hazard on Highway 57 in the Priest River area at 5:49 p.m.
Report of a suspicious vehicle in the pre-100 block of Westmond Road at 7:19 p.m.
Report of a threats call in the Priest Lake area on Cavanaugh Bay Road at 6:57 p.m.
Report of a traffic hazard in the 469000 block of Highway 95 in Sagle at 8:15 p.m.
Unlawful entry was reported on Maple Avenue in Priest River at 8:34 p.m.
Steven Zirjacks was arrested on Dry Creek Road in Oldtown at 9:43 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and driving without privileges.
Report of a 911 hang-up in the Blanchard area on Hanaford Road at 10:02 p.m.
SANDPOINT POLICE
Jan. 11
The owner of a vehicle in the way of the snow plows in the area of S. Boyer Avenue and Pine Street was contacted at 7:23 a.m. and advised to move it.
Extra patrol was requested in the area of S. Division Avenue at 7:57 a.m.
A traffic hazard was reported in the area of S. Division Avenue and Pine Street at 9:26 a.m.
A follow-up report was taken in the Spruce Street area at 10:18 a.m.
A citizen no longer needed assistance in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue when contacted by the officer at 1:33 p.m.
An officer spoke to a citizen who had questions in the 1400 block of Cedar Street at 1:40 p.m.
Report of a two-vehicle collision in the area of Highway 2 and Ontario Street at 1:53 p.m. An officer advised very minor damage was reported.
Possible charges are pending for petit theft in the 600 block of Larch Street after a report of shoplifting at 3:32 p.m.
After officers checked on a vehicle in the 100 block of S. Division Avenue at 4:35 p.m.which had insufficient seat belts for the two adults and numerous children. A second vehicle was en route to transport them home.
An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver in the area of Highway 2 and S. Division Avenue at 4:44 p.m.
An officer advised a dog in the 600 block of N. Lincoln Avenue jumped a fence and attacked another dog at 4:43 p.m.
After a welfare check request at 4:50 p.m., officers checked on residents in the 600 block of S. Division Avenue and advised they did not want or need law enforcement assistance
Officers advised a vehicle caused a rear-end collision in the 200 block of E. Superior Street at 6:53 p.m. and then left the scene.
Officers checked on a male riding a bike in the area of Lavina Avenue and Ontario Street at 7:38 p.m.; he was OK.
Jan. 12
Officers checked a building in the 600 block of Madison Avenue at 12:59 a.m. after an alarm was reported; nothing was found.
Officers assisted Ponderay Police in the pre-100 block of McNearney Road at 2:14 a.m.

An officer responded to an animal problem in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 12:23 p.m.
An officer assisted the sheriff’s office in the 49100 block of Highway 200 at 2:59 p.m.
