KRFY to host 'State of the City'

KRFY 88.5 — Sandpoint’s nonprofit community radio station, will host Sandpoint Mayor Shelby Rognstad for a live State of the City address Wednesday, Jan. 18, in a special edition of the KRFY Morning Show.

In Sandpoint’s version of the “State of the Union,” the mayor will give an overview of city accomplishments in the past year and goals for the upcoming year. Airtime is 8 a.m. A recorded podcast will be available later in the day on the station’s website at KRFY.org.

The address will also be streamed live on Sandpoint Online Facebook, where it will be available for viewing after the broadcast time as well.

Listeners are invited to call in to the station with questions during the mayor’s address, and Rognstad will be able to answer them as time allows following the formal address.
