Task force continues shooting investigation

BLANCHARD — Detectives from the North Idaho Critical Incident Task Force are still actively investigating the Bonner County officer-involved shooting, according to a Wednesday press release.

The two Bonner County deputies injured in the shooting remain hospitalized, Deputy Michael R. Gagnon is listed in serious condition and Deputy Justin M. Penn is listed in good condition. Suspect Adam Deacon Foster is listed in fair condition.

Detectives have completed their work at the scene and the area of the incident has now been re-opened for normal traffic.
