A DUI was reported on LeClerc Road in Oldtown at 11:01 p.m.

James Gunter, 50, was arrested at 11:36 in the area of Mountain Ash and Algoma Spur road in Sagle on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jan. 14

Larry G. Meriam of Cochran, Alberta, was arrested on Highway 95 in the Sagle area at 12:15 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

An agency assist was requested on Freedom Meadows Drive in Pend Oreille County at 12:19 a.m.

A unknown injury accident was reported in the 26000 block of Highway 41 in Blanchard at 1:53 a.m.

Deputies responded to a non-injury collision was reported in the area of Highway 2 and Carr Creek Road at 3:24 a.m.; through the course of the crash investigation items of drugs and paraphernalia were found. Terry L. Roberts and Colton R. Hampton, both of Springdale, Wash., were arrested on charges of possessing methamphetamine and marijuana.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Jan. 13

Travis F. Terracciano, 31, of Priest River, was charged with a probation violation and transported to the jail from the Samuelson Avenue area at 7:48 a.m.

A vehicle tire was reported damaged in the 300 block of Forest Avenue at 7:52 a.m.

Officers were unable to locate a wanted subject in the 1100 block of N. Division Avenue at 8:11 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken in the area of N. Second Avenue and Main Street at 9:37 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the E. Lake Street area at 11:24 a.m.

An officer checked on vehicles parked in the 1300 block of Ponderosa Drive at 11:47 a.m.; no problems were noted.

An officer answered questions regarding a civil dispute in the 1200 block of Baldy Mountain Road at 12:35 p.m.

A vehicle was reported keyed in the 300 block of Main Street at 1:21 p.m.

Unfounded report of drug use in the 600 block of S. Division Avenue at 1:08 p.m.

An officer assisted Health & Welfare in the 500 block of N. Third Avenue at 2:01 p.m.

A case was assigned to cover a report of driving without privileges on Culvers Drive at 2:21 p.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on W. Lake Street at 5:28 p.m.
