(Photo by MARY MALONE) The driver of this Toyota was able to get out and was is doing OK after icy conditions sent her vehicle into a berm and then caused it to flip. The accident happened around 5:30 p.m. just west of Dover on Highway 2. With the snow, freezing rain and ice accumulations, Bonner County officials advised residents to only drive if it’s necessary, to be prepared, cautious, diligent and stay safe.
