Jan. 15

Officers responded to the 1100 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road in reference to a missing person at 11:08 a.m.

An officer responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the 476000 block of Highway 95 at 12:46 p.m.

Daniel B. Stovall, 29, of Sagle was arrested in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 3:15 p.m. on five outstanding misdemeanor warrants and one count of burglary; and Heather M. Phillips, 44, of Sagle arrested at the same time and location on a charge of burglary.

An officer responded to assist a citizen on Highway 95 at 5:47 p.m.
