Joel Smith earns academic honors

GREENVILLE, S.C. — Joel Smith, a junior graphic design major of Sagle, was among approximately 900 Bob Jones University students named to the fall 2016 dean’s list.

The dean’s list recognizes students who earn a 3.00-3.74 grade point average during the semester.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Dean’s list status, which is awarded to students who earned a scholastic average of 3.6 or better while carrying at least 12 hours of regularly graded courses, has been granted to Cody Kjos of Sandpoint in the fall 2016 semester.

Area students named to EWU dean’s list

Eastern Washington University has announced dean’s list honors for the fall 2016 quarter.

Earning dean’s list honors from Boundary and Bonner counties are:

Patricia McNally of Bonners Ferry, Jourdan Holubasch of Oldtown, Andrew Huddleston of Priest River, Tessa DeMers of Priest River, Brooke Pannell of Sandpoint, Kyle Elsasser of Sandpoint, and Cheyenne Neal of Spirit Lake.

Trio earn honors

at Montana State

BOZEMAN — Montana State University has announced its undergraduate honor rolls for fall semester 2016.

There are two MSU honor roll lists: the president’s and the dean’s honor roll. Students must complete a minimum of 12 credit hours to be on either list.

Students with a perfect 4.0 grade point average for the semester were named to the president’s honor roll. An asterisk follows the names of the students named to the MSU President’s Honor Roll in the listing below.

The dean’s honor roll includes students earning grade point averages of 3.5 or above for the semester.

Idaho students named to MSU’s president’s or dean’s lists, from Bonner County include Luz Chase Bayless of Cocolalla, Jared Cooper * of Sandpoint and Nathan Faggard of Sandpoint.

The honor roll lists for Graceland University’s 2016 fall term have been announced, and Joshua Hill of Sagle has been named to the president’s list.

Graceland University students with a perfect 4.0 grade point average are named to the president’s list.
