Foster charged with attempted murder

SANDPOINT — Adam Deacon Foster has officially been charged with two counts of first-degree attempted murder for his involvement in the January 16 officer-involved shooting near Blanchard, according to the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office.

He was served this arrest warrant while still in custody at the Kootenai County Public Safety Building, according to the KCSO, which is acting as the lead investigative agency in the shooting.
