An officer responded to an agency assist in the 1700 block of Pine Street at 5:03 a.m.

Officers responded to a report of a mental subject in the 500 block of N. Third Avenue at 5:39 a.m. BGH personnel had the situation in hand when the officers arrived.

An officer mediated in a civil dispute in the 1600 block of Baldy Mountain Road at 6:30 a.m.

An officer assisted a driver who was high-centered on a snow bank in the area of N. Division Avenue and Spruce Street at 7:45 a.m.

Report of child custody dispute in the 1600 block of Hickory Street at 8:27 a.m.

An animal problem was reported in the area of Great Northern Road at 8:33 a.m.

Fraud was reported in the 400 block of Euclid Avenue at 10:05 a.m.

Officers responded to an agency assist in the area of Highway 95 and Bonner Mall Way at 10:08 a.m.

A parent turned over possible contraband to be destroyed by the police department in the area of W. Lake Street at 10:27 a.m.

Jeffrey L. Dickerson, 55, of Kootenai was charged with DUI in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 11:03 a.m.

An officer conducted a follow-up investigation in the 300 block of Bonner Mall Way at 11:24 a.m.

An officer conducted a welfare check in the 200 block of Birch Avenue at 12:09 p.m.

An officer assisted a semi-truck driver on High Street and Highway 2 by stopping traffic so the driver could pull the truck safely onto the highway at 1:20 p.m.
