Blog section is packed with lots of information

| January 27, 2017 12:00 AM

If you haven’t yet had the opportunity to discover the blog section on www.ebonnerlibrary.org, I encourage you to check it out. Recently, staff have been contributing fresh content to the three blog categories unver the heading “For You.” I have personally enjoyed reading them and getting to experience a side of some of our staff that is revealed in their writing styles.

Under “Explore & discover” you will find short articles on unexpected or nontraditional aspects of the library that you might not find on your own. The “Business & Career” section showcases library resources to assist in those areas as well as helpful tips. The “Kids & Teens” section features book reviews and library news that affect local families.

The recent blog series on read-alouds for kids and families is brilliant (in my opinion). Suzanne shares her intimate knowledge of the books she recommends in a way that conveys her expertise as a library professional while relating to other parents like she is sitting down to coffee with us. If you have kids at home, or even if you don’t, you’ll want to read this series.

Fresh content is being added all the time. To find our blog posts, scroll down on the home page and click on “For You” or simply type “blog” in the search field at the top of the home page. If you have ideas for content you would like to read about in our blogs, post a message on our Facebook page, or email me at marcy@ebonnerlibrary.org.

All of the following take place at the Sandpoint Branch, 1407 Cedar St., unless otherwise noted.
