PUBLIC DEFENDER - Approved Resolution #16-109 authorizing the Public Defender's Office to destroy the documents as listed in the attached Resolution and as outlined in the Public Defender's Record's Retention Policy #16-22. ROAD & BRIDGE - Approved the FY2016 Annual Road and Street Financial Report. PARKS & WATERWAYS - Approved the Parks and Waterways Department request to retain the Vessel Account Surplus of $59,901.23 from Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation for projects scheduled for completion in 2017. The Bonner County Planning and Zoning Commission has one open seat in District 2. District 2 follows the same District 2 as the County Commissioners, including Priest Lake, Priest River, Oldtown, Blanchard and a portion of Sandpoint. Those interested in serving on the Planning and Zoning Commission can submit a letter of interest to the Planning Department for review and appointment by the Board of County Commissioners. Interested parties should have resided in the County for two years and plan on continuing to reside in the County for the duration of their term. Members of the Commission are selected without respect to party affiliation and may receive mileage and per diem compensation. The Planning and Zoning Commission holds two meetings each month - one is a public hearing and one is a planning workshop. These meetings are typically held on the first and third Thursday of each month beginning at 5:30 pm at the County Administrative Building located at 1500 Highway 2, Sandpoint, ID .
