DU announces annual bash

SANDPOINT — Get ready for some fun as the local chapter of Ducks Unlimited gets ready to hold its annual Klondyke Gun Bash and Party on June 24.

The event will begin at 4 p.m. and is being held at the Kondyke Cafe, 14873 Highway 2, in Laclede.

The event will feature a variety of guns and outdoor gear as wll as games, raffles, and good food.

Tickets are $35 for an individual or $25 for a youth. They will include food, bottomless beer (for those 21 and older) and a Ducks Unlimited tumbler. Those interested can also purchase the raffle ticket package, which includes $100 in raffle tickets for an individual or $135 for couples, with $100 in raffle tickets.

Register by June 14 to be in on the early bird gun drawing for a Savage Mark II .22 scoped rifle.
