CITY OF SANDPOINT BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO SAND CREEK TRANSMISSION WATER MAIN PROJECT Advertisement for Bids Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Sandpoint at the office of the City Clerk of said City on or before the 27th day of June, 2017, until the hour of 2:00 p.m. for the Sand Creek Transmission Water Main Project. Bids will be opened at the Council Chambers at City Hall on June 27, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. on said date. All interested individuals are welcome to attend. Project Description: This project is located in Bonner County, Idaho and generally consists of replacing approximately 5,000 lineal feet of 18-in transmission water main from the Sand Creek Water Treatment Plant to the Woodland Reservoir, including a new pipe bridge at Little Sand Creek, temporary standby power at the Lake Water Treatment Plant, and other associated work.
