Please vote yes on the Lake Pend Oreille School District supplemental levy. I am a parent of three teenagers. All three have attended LPOSD schools since kindergarten. They have received a great education and wonderful opportunities. They have had amazing teachers who have been able to give them extra attention, reteach them when needed, and challenge them beyond the standards.

Next year, all three kids will attend Sandpoint High School. My children are very active in extracurricular activities. These activities allow them to discover how to be a team player, how to balance activities and homework deadlines, and allows them to follow their passions. I want them to continue to have these opportunities.

Academically, Lake Pend Oreille School District is preparing my children for college and how to be successful adults. The classes SHS offers are rigorous, and a vast variety of electives lets them explore their individual interests.

I will be voting yes on March 14, not only for my three children, but for all children in Lake Pend Oreille School District. Please vote yes.
