For at least the past 15 years, the district has been well run as proven by high marks on audits and the academic, sports, and life-skills success of their students. When our children were starting school here, the district was not well run. There were constant issues with district finances and curriculum. Since getting rid of that superintendent, the administration has worked hard to regain our trust … and they have.

The teachers and the administrative staff of the district all pay taxes in Bonner County. They do not want to waste their own money just as they do not want to waste yours.

If you feel you shouldn’t have to pay for schools, write your congressmen and senators to change the way Idaho funds the school system. Please don’t punish our local kids for the state’s issue.
