In regard to Miss Thiel, I would like to establish some facts that have been omitted by the media. Miss Thiel has taught l5 years and not 12, as stated by the Hagadone News Network. The school where the alleged incident occurred is an alternative school. Students attending alternative schools, have one or more problems, which make it difficult for them in regular school setting.

Teachers who choose to work in an alternative setting, must have great empathy and patience to work with these students. How do I know? I have been a teacher for 35 years. I have known Miss Thiel for 20 years. I have the greatest respect and admiration for her. I hope and pray, that the young man who brought forth these accusations will receive the help that he needs.
