Slide closes Eastriver Road

PRIEST RIVER — A section of Eastriver Road was closed Friday because of a slide, according to officials with Bonner County Road & Bridge.

The slide damaged the road in the 6400 block.

The department is urging motorists to use Eastriver Loop Road as a detour. Signs are posted at the north and south ends of Eastriver Loop, which is open only for local use.
