Sandpoint High School junior Calli Laybourne, left and classmates Ammon Allerton and Sierra Speakman, were freezing whipped cream with liquid nitrogren, which reaches minus 320 degrees farenheit and freezed the breath as it is eaten. It was one of the many experiements happening Friday at the Sandpoint High School Science Circuit.
