Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 1500 block of Oak Street at 11:19 a.m.

Sandpoint Police Department requested assistance on E. Fifth Avenue in Clark Fork with an ongoing case at 1:31 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a suspicious male and vehicle reported in the 10000 block of Baldy Mountain Road at 1:19 p.m.

An officer advised that after shoplifter was caught in the 600 block of Larch Street at 5:12 p.m., civil restitution was arranged.

March 16

After a two-vehicle, non-injury collision, in the area of Fifth and Poplar at 12:06 a.m., Seth M. Tompkins, 27, of Sandpoint, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence (second offense).

A wide load was escorted through the city in the area of First Avenue and Superior Street at 12:47 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Main Street at 3:41 a.m.

An officer responded to a report of a found wallet on Cedar Avenue at 2:40 p.m.

An officer received information from another agency concerning a vehicle on Highway 95 at 9:17 p.m.
