ORDINANCE NO. 139 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, REPEALING SECTION 5-3-6 OF THE PONDERAY CITY CODE, AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION THEREOF. REPEALING OF SEASONAL GENERAL SPEED RESTRICTIONS: Section 5-3-6 of the Ponderay City Code is hereby repealed. Section 2.00.
