Joseph R. Miles, 45, of Blanchard was arrested on Highway 41 in Blanchard at 11:01 p.m. on charges of pedestrian under influence, and resisting and obstructing police.

April 23

A citizen was referred to the court to answer his questions in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 8:53 a.m.

More racist flyers were reported distributed around town in the Lavina Avenue area at 9:12 a.m.

Constance L Walker, 66, of Sandpoint, was cited on a charge of battery in the 800 block of Main Street at 10:48 a.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions at the police department in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 3:02 p.m.

An officer responded to assist Ponderay Police after a report of two bicyclists riding on the highway with no lights in the 476000 block of Highway 95 at 10:25 p.m.

Officers contacted the residents in the 200 block of Church Street at 11:01 p.m. and advised them to keep the noise down.
