An officer responded to a parking complaint in the 1100 block of Hickory Street at 11:21 a.m.; neighbors have too many vehicles.

An officer assisted CPS in Montana in the 1100 block of Maple Avenue at 11:08 a.m.

A civil standby was requested for the following day on Church Street at 11:47 a.m.

A juvenile was cited on a charge of minor in possession of tobacco in the 400 block of Division Avenue at 12:32 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call on Lake Street at 3:32 p.m.

A case was assigned to cover a reported missing person on Division Avenue at 5:23 p.m.

A noise complaint was reported on Euclid Avenue at 5:50 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Sixth Avenue at 7:03 p.m.

Adrian Needs, 24, of Ponderay was cited in the area of Fifth Avenue and Fir Street at 9:04 p.m. on a charge of possession of paraphernalia.

Report of a reckless driver in the area of Boyer Avenue and Cedar Street at 9:58 p.m.

A subject was contacted in the area of Sixth Avenue and Pine Street at 10 p.m. after a report of following an individual around town after a confrontation. Officers advised it is the second person he was reported to be following; he was told to stop following people.

Officers were unable to locate anyone after a report of golf balls being shot at ITD workers in the area of Fifth and Larch at 10:36 p.m.

Allyson R. Merrifield, 22, of Bonners Ferry was cited in the 475000 block of Highway 95 at 11:11 p.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.
