John Leo Spalding, 91, passed away in Kootenai, Idaho, on Saturday, May 13, 2017.

Graveside services will be held in the Hermosa Cemetery, in Colton, Calif., later. John was a city inspector for the city of Colton and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
