Chamber hosting BPIC at lunch meeting

| November 7, 2017 12:00 AM

SANDPOINT — The Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce has gone through a lot of changes lately — it has a new board chair, new board members, a new employee and a new location for their monthly luncheons — DiLuna’s Cafe.

Chamber officials would like to welcome area residents and businesses to come meet all the new faces at the monthly general membership luncheon on Thursday, Nov. 9. The luncheon will be held from noon-1 p.m., with registration starting at 11:45 a.m. at DiLuna’s Café, 207 Cedar St.

Bonner Partners In Care Medical Director Nichole Grimm will give an overview about the free clinic and will be going over who the clinic serves, what it does, and how they impact the community. Bonner Partners In Care provides health care to residents of Bonner County and adjacent communities who have no medical insurance and meet the clinic’s eligibility criteria.

Nichole attended Gonzaga University and works as a family nurse practitioner at Woodlands Family Medicine. She has volunteered with Bonner Partners In Care for nearly seven years.

The Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce would like to encourage everyone in the community to attend the luncheon. The cost is $15 for chamber members, $20 for non-chamber members and includes lunch catered by DiLuna’s Café. Please register online at sandpointchamber.com or call 208-263-2161 to reserve your space.
