The group raised $150 and team members are donating $75 to the Community Cancer Services in Sandpoint. “This is in honor of one of our community members who is battling breast cancer,” Derr said in an email. “The girls wanted to help out.” The winner of the quilt was one of the team’s junior high volleyball players, Emily Meyer.
