Jason L. Garcia, 39, of Sandpoint was cited in the 100 block of Sixth Avenue at 9:05 a.m. on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

A theft was reported in the 100 block of Sixth Avenue at 9:24 a.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 1500 block of Hickory Street at 10:50 a.m.

An ongoing dog-at-large complaint was reported in the 500 block of Lavina Avenue at 10:20 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported in the 500 block of Lakeview Boulevard at 11:17 a.m.

An officer checked on a female in the 600 block of S. Division Avenue at 11:26 a.m.; she was referred to staff for assistance.

Report of an ongoing noise complaint in the 900 block of N. Division Avenue at 3:02 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken in the area of Fifth Avenue and Larch Street at 4:14 p.m.

A child playing with a phone in the Samuelson Avenue area at 5:43 p.m. dialed 911.

Officers were canceled on scene after responded to the Kootenai Cutoff Road area to assist Ponder Police at 8:13 p.m.

A female left a residence in the 1400 block of W. Lake Street after a reported family offense occurred at 8:18 p.m. No charges were pressed.

Juveniles were no longer playing in the roadway when the officers arrived in the 1100 block of N. Division Avenue at 9:22 p.m.

An officer assisted Ponderay Police in the 477200 block of Highway 95 at 9:40 p.m.

Officers contacted an intoxicated male in the 1600 block of Larch Street at 11:49 p.m. and gave him a courtesy transport to a friend’s house.

All was quiet when officers arrived in the 100 block of S. Second Avenue after a noise complaint at 12:52 a.m.
